Our most popular services can now be scheduled through Facebook – no need to call!
We’ll take you there in five, four, three, two . . .
What do you need to know before scheduling? It depends on the service you select! For outside applications, check the forecast before scheduling; brief, light rains or low winds are usually not an issue, but moderate to heavy rains and high winds are. If in doubt, email us with what times and days work best, and we’ll get you scheduled! If the forecast is wrong (it happens more often than we’d like), we’ll let you know and work with you to reschedule.
Double Exterior Spray: unlock gates, close doors and windows, remove or cover items next to the home that should not be sprayed (toys, shoes, pet bowls, etc.), and keep pets and people inside until the treatment has dried (usually about an hour).
Estimate: if you won’t be home at the time of our visit, please ensure we are able to access the area we need to inspect, and let us know if you would like your estimate emailed or if you would prefer a paper copy left at your door.
Ant Treatment: avoid treating ants with anything other than bait products (repellents will prevent our treatment from reaching the colony). Ants should be active at the time of treatment to maximize impact on the colony. All areas where ants have been seen must be treated, both inside and outside. Bigger colonies and tough species will require multiple treatments; our pricing is the same on every visit. Save money by signing up for preventative treatment – trouble calls are free!
The Works: if we are treating both inside and out, be sure to follow the directions above, and ensure that people and pets can be out of the premises for two hours before returning. For pets that cannot easily be moved, please turn off any air circulation (such as for aquariums) and seal against the outside air – a heavy towel often works for smaller aquariums and containers.
